Program Requirements

The member is required to provide the following to receive the $150.00 rebate:

Member must provide purchase receipt, showing that the new appliance was installed in a home served by the cooperative.
Member must provide documentation the appliance is an ENERGY STAR® listing.
Member must provide documentation the old appliance was removed from the property with intent to recycle.
