Operation Round Up Opt Out Form

If you do not wish to participate in The Energy Cooperative's Operation Round Up program, please fill out the form below and click the submit button. This form will automatically be sent to our Member Services Department. Upon receipt, we will remove you from the list of Cooperative members who take part in rounding up their bills for Operation Round Up. The change will appear on your next billing cycle.
