Annual Meeting 2026
Join us for our Annual Meeting!
Keeping members informed about the cooperative is vital to our organization and Board of Directors. During the Annual Meeting, attendees will hear from cooperative leaders as they review the 2025 financial results, highlight key operational achievements, and share a current business outlook. Members will also vote on three proposals to amend our Code of Regulations and hear the results of the board election for Districts 1, 6, and 8. Scholarship recipients will be recognized, and our CEO/President, Todd Ware, will address questions submitted by members.

Location: C-TEC, 150 Price Road, Newark
Doors open at 5 p.m. with sandwiches, refreshments and entertainment.
The program begins at 6 p.m. in the auditorium.
*Door prizes will be drawn at the end of the meeting.
Cooperative Principle #2: Democratic Member Control
One of the essential principles of cooperatives like The Energy Cooperative is democratic member control. That means the members of our cooperative have the right and responsibility for governance. As a member of The Energy Cooperative, we encourage you to participate in the annual election for our Board of Directors. Districts 1, 6 and 8 are up for election, and the results will be announced at our Annual Meeting on May 4th. All ballots must be cast by April 27, 2026 at 4 p.m.
