Send your meter reading using SmartHub or text it!
We need your meter reading and tank percentage by the 12th of each month. This ensures accurate billing and keeps your tank full!
Meter readings can be submitted after you log into your SmartHub account.
- Select Contact Us.
- Select Propane Meter Reading.
- Enter your read and tank percentage.
Other ways to send a meter reading.
- Email it to us at callcenter@theenergycoop.com.
- Text it to us at 1-740-348-1130. You can send a picture and include your name.
- Call us at 1-740-344-2102 and select the meter reading option.
- Mail it to us using the bottom portion of your bill.
