We accept electronic checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards through our automated payment system.
To make a payment, call 740-344-2102 and select option 2.
Our pay-by-phone system is Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant.
Login to SmartHub and pay your bill and/or set up automated payments.
Visit the app store to download the SmartHub app and manage your account from your favorite device. The SmartHub app is free to download. Allow two business days for your payment to post to your account.
Our drive-thru is open at 1500 Granville Road. Member service representatives are available to take your payment Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:30 am and 4:30 pm.
We have two-night deposit boxes available for members. You can drop off your payment in Newark at 1500 Granville Road, inside the member service entrance on the west side of our office. In Utica, stop by the Utica Service Center at 11339 Mt. Vernon Road, Utica, Ohio on the north side of the building. (Payment should include a copy of the bill or account number with the check or cash payment the name on the account and service location.)
Get started with SmartHub by visiting myenergycoop.com and clicking "My Account" in the upper right hand corner.
In addition to paying your bill, you can also use SmartHub to view your usage, compare it with previous usage, and get all the information you need to understand your bill.
Set up notifications in SmartHub and get important account information the way you want it.
