The Energy Cooperative provides a service to owners of rental property that automatically transfer responsibility of service from renter to owner. As the owner of rental property, you'll need to let us know the address of your rental property so we can automatically transfer the account into your name upon their notification the tenant is removing service from their name on a specific date.

We also have a tenant agreement that allows The Energy Cooperative to notify the landlord should the property be disconnected for non-payment.
