Residential Propane Rates

The following rate schedule is effective beginning July 1, 2024. Residential fixed rates are based on member usage during the 2023-24 season. The price schedule below remains in effect through June 30, 2025.

  • $1.99 per gallon (601+ gallons annual use)
  • $2.10 per gallon + $7.50 monthly fee (501- 600 gallons annual use)
  • $2.15 per gallon +$15.00 monthly fee (401 – 500 gallons annual use)
  • $2.35 per gallon +$15.00 monthly fee) (201 – 400 annual use)
  • $3.99 per gallon +$20.00 monthly fee (0 -200 gallons annual use)

Your rate class is determined by the prior year's average usage.

  • Returned Check: $ 30.00
  • Credit Card Declined: $ 30.00
  • "No Read Fee": $25.00 (This is applied to metered propane accounts when a monthly meter reading is not provided by the member.)
  • Collection: $ 25.00
  • Service Call: $ 75.00 per hour
  • Light Pilots: $ 75.00 service call
  • Same Day and After Hours Delivery Charge: $ 125.00
  • Out Of Gas Charge: $ 200 (Delivery fee and leak test)
  • Service Line: $ 3.50 per foot
  • Replace Service Line: $ 3.50 per foot plus $ 75.00 service call
  • Adjustment Fee: $ 25.00
  • Reconnect Fee: $ 50.00
  • Service Charge: $ 25.00
  • Energy Advisor Fee: $ 99.00*

Also Included with installation

  • Service line from the tank to the outside of the house at the rate of $3.50 per foot (this includes trenching and burying the line 18 inches deep.) Customer can also install line but needs to provide risers as well.
  • Monthly billing for the propane used each month.* (Based on meter readings submitted by the customer each month to our office.) Account will be estimated if no reading is received and a fee will be charged to make adjustments to estimated accounts. *
  • Automatic fill service. (Available for metered service and bulk service on a budget).
  • 24/7/365 emergency service for established customers.
