Members often ask us to help them find the right contractor to install/repair a service line, meter bar or riser. While we don’t endorse or recommend specific contractors, we’ve compiled a list of local contractors who have successfully met the federal and state Operator Qualification (OQ) and Drug and Alcohol (D&A) testing requirements.

It's a good idea to double-check that your chosen contractor is still certified and enrolled in a Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA)-approved Drug and Alcohol testing program, as qualifications can expire. Remember, installation costs and service quality can vary, so we encourage you to gather multiple estimates to ensure you make the best choice!
