Kids Day

Thank you for attending!

Kids Day was help on Sunday, June 22nd, from 12 to 3 p.m., stretching from The Works through the Canal Market District in downtown Newark.

This event was free and open to all members of The Energy Cooperative. Attendees had access to The Works, games, bounce houses, carriage rides, a petting zoo, and more.

One entry per child. Parents or grandparents must be members of The Energy Cooperative
to be eligible for the contest.
Four age groups: 2-3 year olds; 4-6 year olds; 7-10 year olds; 11-16 year olds.
All coloring page entries are due Monday, July 7. Avoid using markers.

Judging will occur on Wednesday, July 9.
Winners will be announced and notified on Thursday, July 10.
There will be one winner in each age group.
Remember to include your name, age, location and phone number (these will not be shared publicly; only will be used to contact the winners).

There's parking all over downtown Newark. A few places we suggest are the parking garage off 2nd Street across from Scheidler St., in the back parking lot of Licking County Job & Family Services on Scheidler St. or any open parking on the streets, side streets, square or the empty lot off St. before you get to E. Walnut St. It is a free for all, but those are all good options. We'll also have employees driving around picking people up in carts for those with trouble walking farther distances.
