Large energy facilities in Ohio – including certain natural gas pipelines – are reviewed by the Ohio Power Siting Board (OPSB). The OPSB process is designed to:

• Evaluate the need for the project
• Consider environmental and community impacts
• Establish conditions for construction and operation
• Provide opportunities for public participation

The Licking County Pipeline will follow the applicable OPSB and other regulatory processes. More detailed information, including case numbers and filings, will be added here as it becomes available.
